Luis is an experienced surf instructor and known as one of the best in the area. He took us out to a nearby secluded and gorgeous beach where we surfed for hours for a very reasonable price.My husband has taken surf lessons elsewhere and said Luis gave him the best instruction yet!

Lovely hosts brimming with suggestions and advice for my stay. I stayed only a few days but felt very welcomed and taken care of. Both Luis and Kate went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. As other's have commented, Kate's breakfasts are superb. Fresh fruits and granola , and one day a superb egg dish with manchego and herbs from the garden! Luis took my dad and I surfing at an amazing spot we'd never have gone to had we not known.

Mita Surf House is a five minute walk from a nice surf break, "Stinkies," and ten minute drive to another great spot called "La Lancha." We had a blast surfing both beaches, much less crowded than Sayulita proper. My companion took a lesson with Luis, she says it was excellent.

Luis and Kate are great hosts. The house is close to the local surf breaks in a safe neighborhood. Luis will set you well ahead with your surfing adventures.
